The 36' X 36' steel barn was manufactured by AmeriStall of Texas. It features 6 skylights that allow you to see what you're doing during the day without having to turn on the lights. Overhead lighting is provided above each stall, the center aisle, the wash rack and the tack room. The barn is built on a concrete foundation, with concrete in the aisle, wash rack and tack room. Hot and cold running water is available in the wash rack. The water heater is located in the tack room. All the electricity is run off a breaker box that is located in the tack room -- separate from the house. Outside the north and south ends of the barn is a gravel base to reduce mud problems. There's also a gravel path between the driveway and the barn (mostly hidden by grass). The pipe corrals have a 1/4" gravel footing for improved drainage and reduced mud.

All four 12' X 12' stalls have rubber mats, Dutch doors on the back wall, and individual paddocks. Ample electrical outlets allow you to plug in fans, heated water buckets, and anything else you might need. Accessories staying with the barn include fans, feeders, blanket racks, and 8 saddle & bridle racks in the tack room. The small garden shed used for storing shavings will also remain.
